Caught Happy Feet yesterday and i must say it was an adventure to uh...one of the poles? heres my review of the show.
Happy Feet is an Australian animated feature, which give viewers an insight of a penguins life. This animation was supposedly slated for a real life show. However, to train thousands of penguins aitn an easy task and after catching LOTR, the director/producer then decided to use animations.
the show makes clever use of technology to create beautifully rendered enviorments and stunning visual FX and sound FX. the avalanches created literally shook the cinema i was in. although the show is largely animated, it cleverly uses real humans as 'supporting actors'. unfortunately, the show is marred with a weak storyline and of course, the message to FISH LESS. riiiight.....
Happy Feet pales in comparison in terms of story line when compared to other animations like Toy Story and Cars where they too take a look at life from another subject's perspective. however, in terms of animation, this show rocks its socks.
so, if you are a sucker for cuuuuttteee lil furry beings and beautifual auroras, this show is for you. however, if ur a hardcore uncompassionate popcorn popper, this show aint for you...perhaps only bond could save you.

wow...didnt know non-study life could be so boring. =X
anyways, havent been doin much these few days other than practicing on the piano, cycling and job hunting.
lets see, i have signed up for a place in relief teaching! so now, i'll have to wait till Jan, where the calls might just come in. ... hmm, in the mean while what can i do? i borreddddd!!!!

i never wanted my sch uniform life to end like that, with JC destroying everything. maybe i had brought this upon myself...maybe i wasnt cut out for it.
I DONT KNOW, and will never know.
From the first few lines, you should have inferred that i didnt do very well for my A's. and i dont wanna talk bout it anymore. No confidence.
now, we shouldnt look at the past, coz, we cant cry over spilt milk right? i guess during this 5 mth break, i shall think about what's the next step i should take....
